Divine Essence Anti-Stress Organic Essential Oil Blend is de-stressing, calming & relaxing with a blend including Lavender and Orange. It is effective in calming the body to promote rest and sleep.

How to Use:
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes once a day.
Massage: Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.
