Recommended Dose
Adults: As an antioxidant, take 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. As a capillary protectant, take 2 capsules 2 times daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks
