Suggested Use
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia, and as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid digestion.
Recommended Dose
Use: 1.5-3ml 2-3 times/day

Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have anaemia, gallstones, a bleeding disorder, asthma, constipation, a gastro-intestinal disorder or iron-deficiency anaemia.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants from the carrot family, or to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, or if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you are pregnant.
Known Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity, headaches, nausea, or stomach complaints may occur, in which case, discontinue use.
