Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in Ayurveda as medhya rasayana, a rejuvenative tonic to support and nourish memory and intellect.
Recommended Dose:
Adults: 1-4 times per day. Take it with food. Directions of Use: Add 1/4 tsp of 500 mg (1 serving) to a glass of water or milk and consume.
Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or are taking medications to regulate blood sugar levels. Based on Ayurveda, do not use hot, natural foods. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications:
Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have kidney disorders, gout, gouty arthritis, and/or are susceptible to kidney stone formation.
