Lemon Balm Tincture has been traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress, and to possibly help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.*

Recommended Dose:

Adults 2.5-5ml 1-3 times per day 50/100ml bottles come with dropper tops 500/1L bottles come with screw caps
