The RSVP Endurance 20 Qt water bath canner is made from stainless steel with a tri-ply base for even heating. The water bath canner comes with a tempered glass lid that has a steam vent. The set also includes a 7-jar canning rack that supports quart or pint jars and positions them for the best water circulations. The canning rack allows for easy jar removal and can be supported against the side of the water bath canner for easy access to the jars. The rack is made from 18/8 stainless steel with polyethylene coated handles to help you grip them and stay cool.
