Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Each 0.6 g (0.21 oz) capsule provides:

• Nutricol®

  • Bioflavonoids from Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera) – 25 mg, standardized to 95% Proanthocyanidins

  • Bioflavonoids from Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) – 25 mg, standardized to 95% Polyphenols

• Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 200 mg
• Glucosamine Hydrochloride – 150 mg
• Vitamin C – 80 mg
• Betaine HCL – 40 mg
• Magnesium – 29 mg
• Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) – 13.4 mg AT / 20 IU
• Hyaluronic Acid – 5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Blackberry powder, blueberry powder, cranberry powder, raspberry powder, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose.

Recommended Use

Adults: Take 5 capsules two times per day. For optimal absorption, avoid taking with dairy products. Do not take before bedtime. Use consistently for at least 4 weeks to experience positive effects.
