Ingredients:

Recommended dose:
Adults: 1/2 teaspoon 1 − 3 time(s) per day
1500 − 6000 mg per day, not to exceed 2000 mg per single dose
1/2 a teaspoon = 2000 mg
Take with food. Avoid taking at bedtime
Duration of Use:
Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects
