This oligosaccharide attempts to support the growth of friendly and healthy intestinal bacterial, therefore promoting good colon health. Inulin tumbles through the digestive system, landing in the colon where it is metabolized by bacteria. It is in essence a prebiotic, responsible for increasing colonic bifidobacterial populations and modulating intestinal microflora.*

Fiberlicious is a DELICIOUS water-soluble fibre supplement derived from chicory root.* Chicory root fibre is also referred to as inulin, oligosaccharides, FOS and fructo-oligosaccharides.
Dosage:
6-12 years old:
Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day.
12 years old and older: Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.
Mix with 8-12oz of pure water or a beverage of your choice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Recommended use or purpose:
Source of fibre for gastrointestinal health. Source of fibre, which helps ease constipation and helps assist proper bowel function. Helps lower cholesterol.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs. May cause abdominal pain, bloating, or flatulence. Store at room temperature, 15 – 30 °C. Protect from moisture. Bottle opening sealed for package security.
