  • Ideal for Dietary Requirements: Excellent for people with diabetes, gluten sensitivity, or low carbohydrate diets.


Rinse pasta in a strainer with cold water. Top with your favourite sauce and ingredients.

Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a pan or boiling water.

Caution: Due to the high fibre content, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
