Each side holds up to 250 ml (1 cup) of food, which means you can keep ingredients separate until it's time to eat. Great for portion-control meals, bento box-style meals and foods with dips, salsas and sauces. The watertight lid features a see-through window for each compartment and 2 silicone gaskets to keep liquids contained, plus it has two locking clips for a secure seal.
