How to Use

• To Sip: Turn the lid indicator to the "Open" position.

• To Seal: Turn and line up the indicator with the cutout to put the straw in the "Locked" position for a 100% leakproof seal.

• To Clean: Turn the indicator halfway to the "Center" position and pull the straw assembly up. The metal straw can be removed by turning it to the left.

• Altitude Note: When on an airplane or at high altitudes, turn the indicator slowly to the left to release pressure before opening fully.
