Recommended Use or Purpose
Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Creatine may help improve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease & ALS. Creatine may help improve short and long-term memory, processing speed, arithmetic ability and/or hand-eye co-ordination. Creatine may reduce recovery time for post-stroke patients. Specially formulated with no fillers to ensure purity and micronized to deliver enhanced solubility in water or juice.
Recommended Dose
(Adults): Mix one scoop (7.5g) with 500 mL water. Take one serving 1-2 times per day. For best results, take immediately before and after your exercise regime.
