A. Vogel Avenaforce
Avena sativa is Oats, may be used to reinforce the nervous system, it is both relaxing and stimulating.* Avenaforce is made from fresh flowering Avena sativa. Oats' balancing and nutritive action on the nervous system may be useful in cases of insomnia resulting from nervous exhaustion.*

Directions:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old:
Take 10 to 15 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. Insalivate before swallowing. Sweeten with honey if desired.
Children 6 to 11 years old:
Give 5 to 10 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
Children 1 to 5 years old:
Give 1 to 5 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
