"I have just finished my 12 days. I feel very good. I wasn't sure if I would make it or not but once I got past the fourth day things were easier. I did cut back on the Laxaherb. After 2 days I cut down to 2 a day. And for the last four days just one. Anyway, all in all it was a good experience. I'm glad I did it. I will probably do it again at some time."
