How to Use

Adults 18 years and older: Take one capsule once daily.

Start with one dose two to three times per week. Increase to no more than one capsule daily only if results are not observed.

Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for the laxative effect to occur. Take each dose with at least 250 mL of liquid and maintain adequate fluid intake.

Take this product a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Ask a healthcare professional before using it for longer than seven days.

• Cascara powder (Frangula purshiana, aged bark): 150 mg
• Psyllium powder (Plantago ovata, husk): 150 mg
• Senna extract (Senna alexandrina, leaf): 142.5 mg, standardized to contain 12% sennoside B
• Flaxseed powder (Linum usitatissimum, seed): 50 mg
• Aloe vera 200:1 extract (Aloe vera, leaf gel): 40 mg, equivalent to 8,000 mg of fresh aloe vera leaf gel
• Licorice 4:1 extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root): 25 mg, equivalent to 100 mg of dried licorice root and standardized to contain 22% glycyrrhizin
