RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Take 1 scoop (25 g) per day. Mix Protein Multi-Plex™ well in 1 cup (250 mL) with liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) or smoothies. Take a few hours before or after taking medications.*

Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if security seal is broken.
