This cotton sachet is filled with crushed Himalayan Salt. The heated salt crystals provide relief for tense aching muscles, as well as back, neck and joint pain.* It is also used for earaches, stomachaches and menstrual cramps.*
How to Use:
- Heat cushion in oven at 160 degrees F.
- Wrap around sore areas for heat treatment.
