Directions
Adults:
Take 2 capsules, maximum 3 times daily. Contents may be dissolved in water as a tea. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Uva ursi (4:1) extract 50 mg (Arctostaphylos uva ursi, leaf) equivalent to 200 mg of raw herb. Buchu (4:1) extract 25 mg (Barosma betulina, leaf) equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb.
Also Contains
Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, water-soluble cellulose.
NO sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Warning
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breast-feeding or have an underlying medical condition which requires continued use for more than five days. Do not use if pregnant.
