Genestra Cal Mag Liquid+ Complex, formerly Cal Mag Berry Liquid+, is a comprehensive liquid bone-support formula containing calcium, magnesium, boron, and vitamins A, D, K1, and K2. Its natural blueberry flavour offers a convenient and pleasant alternative to tablets or capsules.
Each tablespoon provides 500 mg of calcium citrate and 200 mg of magnesium citrate. These highly bioavailable citrate mineral forms support the development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth. Magnesium also supports healthy muscle function, while vitamins D and K help the body absorb and use calcium effectively.
When combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, adequate calcium intake may help reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Recommended Adult Dose
