Zinc, copper, vitamin C and vitamin D3 bolster immune function to prevent and protect against pathogens looking to invade our otherwise healthy bodies! During stress or poor diet, these key nutrients become depleted, making us more likely to get an infection.
Zinc is a key mediator of immunity because it prevents infection and activates immune cells – but there’s a drawback: copper can be depleted when supplementing with zinc. Our answer to this was to add supplemental copper.
We complete the blend with vitamin C and D3 to combat an increased risk of infections and several immune disorders from low vitamin C and vitamin D levels.
