First, make sure your skin has soaked as well as the pumice stone. Soaking the pumice will help soften it so you don’t aggravate your skin.
It’s very easy to exfoliate your skin. To remove dead skin and buff calluses, scrub in circular motions for a few minutes. You can scrub almost anywhere you have dry skin: your feet, your knees, your elbows, your shoulders, anywhere!
Make sure you thoroughly rinse the pumice stone when you’re done. Because of its porous state, your dead skin cells can get trapped which can lead to a buildup of bacteria. But a simple soak should loosen that up and off.
