3.1 g Instant Inulin (Chicory root fiber), 2 billion live Vegan probiotics (Bacillus coagulans).
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, have diabetes, nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, abdominal pain, experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product or if you have a serious medical condition. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep away from children. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

Suggested Usage
Adults: 1 tsp. 2-3 times daily. Slowly sprinkle into at least 240 ml of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold) stirring continuously until dissolved. Take with food.
