Recommended Adult Dose:
In a glass, add 250 mL of water, juice or milk to 3 scoops of Pro Rice
and mix well, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Ensure to drink enough fluid
before, during, and after exercise. Do not exceed 5 scoops daily. Consult your healthcare practitioner
