Suggested Use:
Add 1 tbsp (5g) of maca pieces to 1 cup of water (250 ml) and simmer on the stove for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweetened. You may re-brew the maca once more, or eat the pieces afterwards! Drinking 1 cup daily is recommended, but always adjust according to your individual needs. If brewed only once, this bag provides over 22 cups of tea!
