Ingredients: Per capsule

• Sodium Bicarbonate 350mg
• Spirulina Platensis 275mg
• Magnesium Carbonate (24% elemental) 250mg
• Potassium Citrate 25mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Spirulina, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (1%), vegetable capsule.

The pH reading on the test strip is generally a good indicator of how acidic or alkaline the total body pH is.* Testing several times a day - first thing in the morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon and in the evening for three days in a row will give a very reasonable idea of whether the body is functioning within a healthy pH range.
