Shipping within Canada
All orders starting at $89 (before tax) will receive FREE shipping*.
If the order is below $89, we charge a $9.95 shipping fee.

Shipping for the United States
• Orders up to $99.00 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $9.95. **
• Orders between $100 to $150.00 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $39.95. **
• Orders between $150 to $300 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $59.95. **
• Orders greater than $300 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $79.95. **

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time for your order to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.
The estimated delivery time for Canada Post Regular is 1 - 10 business days for Canadian orders after your order leaves the warehouse and is dependent on your region. Please see Canada Post's delivery time map below for Canada. Our experience is that Canada Post is often faster than the times shown, however; it can take longer during peak times.
The estimated delivery time for Canada Post Expedited Parcel to the United States is 4 - 14 business days. after your order leaves our warehouse.

An expected delivery is an estimate based on where it is in the Canada Post network. The date and time are not guaranteed and can be impacted by factors such as weather, traffic, and parcel volume.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that has been provided by Canada Post.
If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check for the following:
Is a note left on my door stating to pick it up at the post office?
Does a neighbour or building manager have the package?
Is the package hidden near my porch, garage, or shrubs around my home?
Sometimes, couriers will leave packages in areas they determine to be safe, if no one answers the door. Unfortunately, this is a Canada Post policy and YesWellness.com is not liable for lost orders, packages that are delivered incorrectly, or shipments that are deemed undeliverable.
If you cannot locate your package and your tracking information states that it has been delivered, please contact us immediately and we will call Canada Post to resolve the issue for you.
If a shipment has been deemed as undeliverable and is sent back to YesWellness.com, we will provide you with a full refund (minus shipping costs). Undeliverable orders will not be reshipped, and instead, a new order should be placed.
Cancelling/Changing an Order
If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please make sure that you let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-(855)-218-5088 or by contacting us here.
We will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order. Unfortunately, if an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make order adjustments or cancellations for you, however we can help you begin the return process. Order Address Errors
Please double check that you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.
If you incorrectly entered your address during the checkout process, it will be "Returned to Sender" via Canada post. For this reason you will be charged an additional fee before the corrections to your address will be made. You will be contacted regarding the cost of the return and reshipment of your order.
Safe Drop Shipments
We do not “safe drop” orders, which means that we do not leave shipments at vacant locations.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with the items you receive. We now provide refunds for products that are returned within 60 days of the order date. *Exceptions apply. Please review Product Return Exceptions & Guidelines*
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund. If an item is defective or incorrect we require an image for the product and it will be eligible for full refund or exchange.
Warranty is within 60 days of unopened products. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.
*We are not able to provide technical services. With proper images and/or videos we may be able to reach out to the brand to request a replacement part, return will be dependent on the brand’s response. Product may not always be available for a faulty/defective item replacement if outside of our purchasing warranty of 60 days.
Please note that not all items are eligible for refunds and/or exchanges. This includes (but is not limited to) face masks, perishable items, personal care products, cosmetics, all clearance items, and select sale items.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.
All returned or exchanged items must be returned in good condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We may require a photo of the product received to verify that it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
