Jamieson Neurosome St. John’s Wort is a herbal supplement made with a standardized extract of Hypericum perforatum (flower). Each tablet provides the equivalent of 1,000 mg of raw herb, formulated to deliver consistent levels of naturally occurring plant compounds, including hypericin and hyperforin.

Ingredients:
St. John's Wort (5:1) extract 200 mg
(Hypericum perforatum, flower) equivalent to 1,000 mg raw herb, standardized to
0.3% hypericin and 3% hyperforin
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, natural peppermint flavour, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica. NON-GMO. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Warning:
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking anti-anxiety medications or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Do not use if you are taking blood thinners, anti-HIV agents, immunosuppressants, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-cancer, cardiovascular and/or contraceptive medications. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches.
