How to use:
- Put the mask into the microwave, making sure that it is flat
- Include a half-filled cup of water to heat alongside the mask
- Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is reached. Do not exceed 1 minute total heating
- Let heated mask stand for 20-30 seconds before using it. Mask should be warm, never hot
