Whole grain oats that have been ground into a fine flour. It will add a rich nutty flavour to any recipe.
Uses: For a lighter loaf of yeast bread, substitute up to 25% of the called for flour with Organic Whole Grain Oat flour. Great for meltin- your-mouth treats like muffins and cookies.
