New Roots Herbal Apple Cider Vinegar Powder adds tartness to rubs, seasonings, sauces, marinades and more. Sprinkle onto popcorn, homemade chips, crackers, and vegetables. May be used as a substitute for citric acid, tartaric acid, distilled white vinegar powder and as well as the liquid product. To make a standard apple cider vinegar, mix ¼ teaspoon to 50 ml of water.
