Suggested Use:
Used in Herbal Medicine to calm the nerves and as an uterine tonic for menstruation and menopause. Use Female Harmony tincture if you’re experiencing hormonal imbalance or menstrual-related pain, bloating, moodiness, breast tenderness, or skin flare-ups.
Recommended Dose:
Use: 2 - 4 mL 3 time(s) per dayTake a few hours before or after taking other medications of health products.
Cautions & Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking birth control pills, if you are taking blood thinners/ anticoagulants, if you have heart disease and/or high blood pressure, if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), if you have a liver or gall-bladder disorder or intestinal obstruction, if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you have family history of cancer, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Contraindications:
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), if you have diarrhoea or haemorrhagic diseases, or if you have hypermenorrhoea/ profuse menstrual flow/ heavy periods, do not use this product.
Known Adverse Reactions:
If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting.
