Recommended Use:
Adult: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other medications or antibiotics, for use beyond 28 days, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
