Relaxus Himalayan Salt Healing Pillow is a pillow containing Himalayan salt that is known to relieve headaches, muscle pain, and joint pain.

Cold:
- Take off the outer cotton cover and place the pillow in the freezer or refrigerator.
Hot:
- Microwave: Use medium settings and heat for one minute. If hotter temperature is needed, heat for additional 30 seconds at a time.
- Oven: Take off the outer cotton cover and place the pillow in pre-heated (175°) oven for 5-10 minutes. If hotter temperature is needed, heat for additional 5 minutes at a time.
Before using, place the pillow in cotton cover.
