Recommended Dose:
Adults take 2 capsules twice a day.
If taking with Cranberry PACs, it is recommended taking Utiva D-Mannose at least 2 hours apart. The combination could interfere with PACs to work at their optimal best.
Cautions:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have urinary tract anomalies, interstitial cystitis, diabetes or are taking hormone therapy/contraception, if you have fever, painful urination (dysuria), spasms or blood in urine, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
