- Hot Therapy: Microwave gel pack insert for 30 seconds. To add more heat, microwave in 15 second increments
- Cold Therapy: Store gel pack insert in freezer for 1 hour.
Cleaning Instructions:
Remove gel pack and wash animal with cold water and mild soap. Air dry. Gently brush to restore plush.
