Recommended Use or Purpose::

Helps to maintain normal electrolyte balance. Helps to develop and maintain proper muscle, bone, teeth and tissue function; contains alkaline minerals and buffers. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins: provides energy.*

Recommended Dose:

Mix one rounded scoop (8.4g) in 375-500ml of water, or to taste and take daily (on an empty stomach/early morning is best) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
