Directions:

Cleanse: Clean affected area. Treat: Apply POLYSPORIN® Plus Pain Relief Cream to the area one to three times daily. Cover: Apply a sterile bandage, such as BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandage, if available.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Gramicidin (0.25 mg per gram), lidocaine hydrochloride (50 mg per gram), polymyxin B as sulfate (10,000 units per gram). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Methylparaben, mineral oil, petrolatum, polysorbate, propylene glycol, water, wax.
