Administering Herbal Remedies

Choose one of two methods:

• Measure using dropper and mix with top layers of food
• Put recommended dosage in 1/2 cup of warm water

Dosage

Select the dose from the chart below based on your pet’s weight. Use dropper to place dose directly into pet’s food or water. Take twice a day. May contain natural sediment. Shake well.

• 0-25 lbs - 0.5mL
• 26-50 lbs - 1.0mL
• 51-75 lbs - 1.5mL
• Over 76 lbs - 2.0mL

Caution

Pay attention to how many doses per day and try to administer the dose at the same time of day consistently. Dosages are based on weight of pet. Weigh your pet accurately for safe and effective dosing. If your pet is at the high or low end of a weight category, you may need to consider adjusting the dosage up or down as appropriate. Once you know your pet’s weight, select the dose that matches the correct weight category. In this example, a 20 lb dog will take 0.5 ml twice a day.
