Ingredients

:

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): The main responsibility of B1 is to support the body’s ability to convert food into usable energy. This can help to alleviate symptoms of fatigue, lack of energy and lack of concentration.
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): Similar to B1, riboflavin plays an important role in energy production. B2 is an important B vitamin used in complexes to help maintain mucous membranes and help the body synthesize Vitamin K.
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacin): B3 is an important addition to B complexes and is found in many food sources to help in energy production.
  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid): B5 is critical in helping the body form red blood cells. In addition to helping the body convert carbohydrates and fats into energy, B5 is known to help promote wound healing.
  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine or PLP): B6 is also involved in helping the body form red blood cells and helps to promote a healthy immune system as well as a healthy nervous system.
  • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): The active form of B12 is known as methylcobalamin. This essential B vitamin contributes to helping the body form red blood cells that help to maintain the absorption of iron in the body.
  • Biotin: Also known as Vitamin B7, Biotin is another B vitamin essential for the body to metabolize fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Biotin is well known for helping maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.
  • Folate (folic acid): Folate is the natural form of Vitamin B9 and is an important ingredient in Vitamin B complexes. Traditionally known for use during pregnancy, folic acid is important for healthy cell growth and development and the production of red blood cells.
