Dosage:
Recommended Dose — (Oral) Adults Only: Take 2 tsp, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

- Zinc (Zinc Citrate, Zinc Bisglycinate) 3.5 mg
- Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 200 mg
