Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Inulin, Sodium cyclamate, Saccharine sodium, Riboflavin 5-phosphate.
Suggested dosage:
For 9-18 years: take 1 tablet per day. For adults: Take 1 tablet, 1-3 times per day. Dissolve one tablet in 250 mL of non-carbonated water and drink 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Consult a health care professional to determine if you would benefit from additional folate.
Tip: Do not put in carbonated water.
