Our organic green tea is harvested by the Tuija people of Enshi, china. Since becoming Fair Trade in 2006, they have built new roads and a hospital, while their wages have increased

Brewing Instructions:

As a Chinese Emperor once did, bring fresh water to a boil, cool slightly, then allow leaves to gently fall into your cup. Steep 2-3 minutes. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
