Recommended Use: 

Shake well. Take 1 full dropper (approx. 0.9 mL) just prior to bedtime as needed. Take directly or add to your favourite beverage. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Other Ingredients: 

Water, Vegetable Glycerine, Fructose, Xylitol, Ethanol, Organic Orange Extract (Citrus sinensis), Natural Vanilla Flavour(Vanilla planifolia), Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Lemon Oil (Citrus limon) and Flavex-LC Natural Flavour.

Cautions: 

Consult a health care practitioner if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression, hypertension, if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications, or if chronic insomnia persists continuously for more than 4 weeks.
