There is a wealth of literature that demonstrates the advantages of being breast-fed rather than using infant formulas. Mammalian first milk is rich in vitamins, minerals, and immune-boosting factors, along with the introduction of immune-building bacteria. Directions of Use:

Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon one to three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult your health-care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
