GABA (100 mg): GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid is a non-protein amino acid that calms the nervous system, promoting relaxation and downgrading anxiety. GABA naturally occurs in the brain, and the form used in Calmful Sleep is synthetic.
Suntheanine® (50 mg): A patented premium form of L-theanine, Suntheanine® is a calm-enhancing amino acid. It promotes relaxation and reduces nervous tension by stimulating alpha wave activity in the brain.
Magnesium glycinate (70 mg): A form of chelated magnesium, it combines magnesium with the amino acid glycine. Like Natural Calm magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate promotes relaxation.
Melatonin (5 mg): Melatonin is a natural hormone that helps ease the body into restful sleep and increase total sleep time. While melatonin is spontaneously secreted by the brain, some people produce too little, whether because of jet lag, exposure to light or age-related deficiency.
Recommended Dose: Before bedtime, just add water (preferably hot), let it fizz, drink and then get a sound sleep. Note that many users of Calmful Sleep get results at just 1/2 or 1 tsp. Try a smaller dose to start and increase as needed to the maximum dose of 2 tsp.
