To thicken hot liquids, first mix GoBIO! Organic Corn Starch with a little cold liquid/water to a smooth paste. Gradually add paste to hot liquid stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for about a minute until liquid thickens and becomes clear. Remove from heat.
