Take 1/4 tsp. per 100 pounds of body weight once per day, approx. one hour before workout (1/4 tsp. scoop included). It is best to mix CON-CRET with a few ounces of non-acidic juice such as grape or apple and drink immediately. You will notice a pleasant, tart taste. It is not recommended that you exceed the stated dosage per day. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during its use.

As a dietary supplement take 30-45 minutes prior to training with approximately 4-6 ounces (118-177 mL) of water or juice. CON-CRĒT® can be taken on an empty stomach or with food or mixed with protein.
NORMAL TRAINING: 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight.
INTENSE TRAINING: 1-2 servings per 100 pounds of body weight. OFF DAYS: Can take 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight to assist in muscle recovery.
No loading or cycling required. Normal workouts (lasting one hour or less): 1 scoop per 100 lbs. Intense workouts (lasting more than 1 hour): 2 scoops per 100 lbs.
Off days: take 1 scoop per 100 lbs. to assist in muscle recovery.
