Directions

Adults - Take 2 capsules per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Vitamin C (ascorbate blend)...500mg.

Citrus Bioflavonoids...150mg.

Sea Buckthorn (pulp extract - raw equivalent to 500mg) 4:1...125mg.

Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinosides)...25mg.

Zinc (zinc citrate)...0.625mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.

Cautions and Warnings

Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
