Since Bragg Liquid Aminos is made from soybeans, there can be some very small amounts of naturally occurring MSG. Bragg Liquid Aminos contains 320mg of sodium per teaspoon serving. If less sodium is desired, use the 6oz.Bragg Liquid Aminos spray bottle and dilute it (2/3 Bragg Liquid Aminos to 1/3 distilled water) before using or spraying on food.*
